<Bielefeld, Mai 25, 2022> Dr. Martin Reintjes, previously responsible for Global Sales and coach for the Western European countries, will leave the International Executive Board at his own request on June 30, 2022 and will join the company's Advisory Board with effect from July 1, 2022. The owners of the holding company Dr. August Oetker KG as well as the Advisory Board of Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG would like to thank Dr. Reintjes very much for his many years of successful service to Dr. Oetker and look forward to working with him in the future in his new role as member of the Advisory
Board.


As successor to Dr. Martin Reintjes, Georg Heerdegen Parsbo will take over the responsibility for Global Sales in addition to Human Resources, effective July 1, 2022. As a coach, he will take care of the regions of Western Europe, Asia and Africa.


With effect from June 1, 2022, Dr. Jörg Uffmann will become a new member of the International Executive Board of Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG. As part of the transformation he will assume responsibility for the further development of our processes and our organization. Previously, the industrial engineer, who holds a doctorate in business administration, spent more than ten years as managing director of an international retail company, where he was responsible for setting up and operating a supplier management system for private label purchasing. His particular focus was on optimizing processes along the entire value chain, from the end customer through supply chain to packaging and raw materials.


The members of Dr. Oetker's International Executive Board continue to be:

Dr. Albert Christmann, who is also a General Partner of Dr. August Oetker KG, the
holding company of the Oetker Group, continues as Chairman of the Executive Board
with responsibility for Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Communication.
At the same time, he acts as coach for the German Dr. Oetker national company.


Dr. Alexander Edelmann is responsible for Controlling, Accounting, Finance, Taxes,
Insurance and IT. As a coach, he is also responsible for the countries in Eastern
Europe.


Dr. Christian von Twickel is responsible for Production and Technology, Logistics
and Purchasing. As a coach, he takes care of the national companies in Central and
South America.


Claudia Willvonseder continues to be responsible for Marketing, Research and
Development, Compliance, Sustainability and Global Data Management. In addition,
she will become coach of Canada, the US and Australia from July 1, 2022.
